Which Djeco game will you choose?

You can never start playing games too early! Together or solo, single-player or cooperative games. There is a Djeco game in every shape and for every age. When choosing the right kids' game, it helps to consider the age and skills of your child. Below you'll find a few tips for choosing by age from the wide range of Djeco games at ilovespeelgoed.nl.

A world full of colors and shapes

Djeco has developed cheerful games for children starting at age 2. At this age, little ones begin to recognize colors and shapes. Djeco offers games that tap into these skills, such as the Primo Ludo series. The classics bingo and memory are also great fun and stimulate cognitive skills. Then there is the colorful 'Little' game series, including Djeco Little Circuit and Djeco Little Cooperation. Specially developed for the very youngest players, these feature simple rules. The series is designed to encourage different skills in a playful way. These kids' toys help develop:

• Color recognition
• Shape recognition
• Spatial awareness
• Cooperation
• Strategic thinking

The first board games!

From age 3, it's time for the first family games. They have simple rules, which only adds to the fun of playing a board game together. For children of this age, counting skills and dexterity also start to play a bigger role. 'Pinstou' and 'Crococroc' by Djeco tap right into these skills and are a great fit. Toddlers also start enjoying simple puzzle and memory games now, or balancing little figures in a balancing game. Djeco offers several balancing games, each with a different theme. Everyone can find a favorite design.

Train the memory

For children aged 4 to 6, games help develop memory and sharpen observation skills. Board games, puzzle games, and cooperative games all contribute to this. Board games for this age group can be a bit more complex, featuring simple addition problems like in the Djeco board games 'P'tit market' and 'Additions'. This age group also has a wide selection of card games centered around memory or strategy. And classic games like Djeco Mikado are always a hit.

Logical thinking and strategy

For older kids aged 7 and up, ilovespeelgoed.nl has a wide range of fun card games. From a card game all about bluffing to one focused on strategy or memory. Games for this age group include elements that call for logical thinking and coming up with strategies. The Sologic puzzle games are a great match, and the Djeco Zig & Go chain reaction games make for a wonderful challenge.

Djeco card games for young and old

Alongside board games, Djeco has a huge selection of card games. With colorful and expressive illustrations, Djeco card games catch the eye of children right away. They encourage skills like memory, strategy, speed, and cooperation, bringing plenty of play value for kids of different ages. There is a suitable Djeco card game for every age. Challenging Djeco games

The Sologic Djeco games are a series of challenging puzzle games for children aged 7 and up. The goal of the games is to solve the challenges using logical thinking and reasoning. The Sologic series includes several games, such as Cubissimo, Polyssimo, and Pentanimo. Each game has its own unique set of challenges and difficulty levels. Educational toys designed to boost children's spatial awareness, logic, concentration, and problem-solving skills.

The games in the Zig & Go series are also lots of fun and challenging for this age group. The games vary in theme and challenge, and they all invite children to dream up and build their own structures using the included challenge cards or by following their own imagination. Kids can experiment with different block combinations and discover the effects of gravity and magnetism. They also use their creativity to build unique constructions. As always with Djeco, every game is beautifully designed from start to finish.
