vilac recognition game - feel and find

A bucket full of surprises! This fun recognition game challenges children to carefully feel what they are holding in their hand.

Here is how the game works:
Shuffle the cards and place them in the bucket. When it is a player's turn, they draw a card from the bucket. The card shows the shape you need to fish out of the barrel. Grab the matching piece and you get to keep the card. Pull out the wrong one, and the card goes back while the next player takes a turn. Watch out: if you grab the bomb, you are out of luck and all your collected cards go back to the bucket.

To make the game a bit easier, simply play with fewer pieces.

You can also play this recognition game as bingo. Deal four cards to each player, and let one person pull a piece from the bucket each round. Spot the matching shape on one of your playing cards and flip it over. Once you have turned over all four of your cards, you have bingo! Reach into the bucket and let the guessing begin.
