sprookjes van ergens

In the fairy-tale book 'Sprookjes van ergens', master storyteller Thé Tjong-Khing once again puts his own spin on sixteen fairy tales. The stories come from every corner of the world and date back to long, long ago, yet the power of these fairy tales remains just as strong today.

A colorful parade of fairy-tale characters we have yet to meet marches across the pages: Bodvid from Sweden, a Brahmin and a tiger from India, the sisters Lolla and Lilia from Italy, and many more. Captured in Thé Tjong-Khing's signature drawing style, the expressive characters leap right off the page.

Khing retells familiar fairy tales in a way that even preschoolers can enjoy. Open the book and discover sixteen timeless stories from all over the world.
