Step 1: Choose a challenge and place the red car and the buildings on the board as shown.
Step 2: Position the 6 puzzle pieces with the police cars on the game board so the red car has no way out.
Step 3: All police cars must fit on the game board, even when you do not need every single one to block the red car.
