Description

Children head to bed happily with this mischievous bedtime story for reading aloud. 'Retteketet! We gaan nog niet naar bed!' by Harmen van Straaten is a rhyming picture book full of humor.

'To bed, to bed!' says Sheep, letting out a little yawn.
'First a little more play,' says Hippo. The animals all dawdle. One hides, another is looking for pajamas, the toothpaste is gone, the bathroom is occupied… Everyone makes up an excuse to stay up. In the end, they all brush their teeth neatly and snuggle under the covers together. Otherwise, there will be no bedtime story! Snuggle up and enjoy this cheerful read-aloud together.
