The picture book 'Beer', written by Natalia Shaloshvili, playfully and simply shows what a challenge it can be to say no. It also reveals why it is better not to bottle up your emotions, or else they might burst out in one big AAAAAARGH.

Bear is all set for a day of lounging on a bench in the park. There is not a cloud in the sky, and he has all his favorite things right by his side: a deliciously crunchy cookie, a book full of adventures, and a cheerful balloon. Just as Bear gets comfortable, Fox comes along wanting a spot on the bench too. Bear reluctantly agrees. Right as he accepts the idea, Wolf shows up to ask for a piece of his cookie... and then Rabbit hops over to read along in his book! When Elephant shuffles over next to play with his balloon, it all becomes too much for Bear.

Ukrainian picture book creator Natalia Shaloshvili won our hearts right away with her unique illustration style and clever comedic timing in both words and pictures.
