kunst knutselen

Fifty art projects to make yourself. Inspiration in a book: that is 'Kunst knutselen' by Suzie Brooks. With the simplest items found in any household with children, you can create the most beautiful artworks.

Who knew a fork and some paint could turn into a cat or a hedgehog in no time? A hand serves as a template for an elephant, koala, or hippo. Leaves gathered outside become a lion's mane... Suzie Brooks shows just how easy it is to make the loveliest things. Mix watercolors with soap and salt to create a mysterious universe. Keys become stamps for birds. Build castles, fill jars with fingerprint candies, hang money all over trees, and make pets out of newspapers...

Craft art day after day, weekend after vacation, time and time again!

Upon its release in England, 'Kunst knutselen' won the English Association Picture Book Award, the British Book Design and Production Award, and the overall SLA Information Book Award. Plus, all the crafts are environmentally friendly. It truly has everything a young artist could wish for!
