janod shape sorter learning shapes - geometry

Where does the yellow cube fit, and through which opening does the orange cylinder roll? With this wooden Learning Shapes shape sorter from the French brand Janod, little puzzlers playfully discover different shapes, colors, and thicknesses.

Push the wooden blocks through the matching openings on the top and sides. Triangles, squares, and round shapes disappear into the box one by one. Once the sorting is done, open the handy sliding hatch and all the blocks appear again for a new round! It is a colorful sorting puzzle to fill and empty time and again.

Wooden toys like this invite little ones to explore and get to know shapes and colors, while helping develop hand-eye coordination.
