de neehoorn en het verjaardagsfeestje

In the children's book 'De NEEhoorn en het verjaardagsfeestje', the NEEhoorn tries everything to make things right with the WELLES-prinses.

The NEEhoorn pushed the WELLES-prinses! Pretty silly, right. Then again, the WELLES-prinses was being super annoying. And secretly, she wanted to give the NEEhoorn a push too.

Either way, the WELLES-prinses is celebrating her birthday party today, and because of all that pushing, the NEEhoorn isn't invited. He's UNinvited, so to speak.

The NEEhoorn wants to make up for it with a nice gift, so he heads out grumbling to find one. Along the way, he doesn't find a fun gift, though he does meet all kinds of quirky new friends! Like the Kijk-EENDS-wat-ik-kan and the Spijtlijster. Maybe the NEEhoorn can give these new friends to the WELLES-prinses as a present… We'll soon see how happy that makes the WELLES-prinses. Open the book and tag along on this quirky search for a birthday gift.
