de grote goudroof

Max has two grandmas. One reads to him, tells stories, and knits him itchy sweaters. His other grandma is a secret agent. In 'De grote goudroof' from the Geheim Agent Oma series by Manon Sikkel, grandma comes to the rescue when Max gets detention one day.

Grandma fears nothing and no one. She excels at defusing bombs and rappelling down tall buildings backward and upside down. And, not unimportant, she owns a supersonic self-driving car with heated side mirrors and a built-in cash machine. There is just one thing she is not so good at: being a sweet grandma. Max teaches her all about that as he tags along on a new secret mission…

Cheerfully illustrated with drawings by Katrien Holland. Open the book and join Max and his grandma on their secret mission.
